If a replacement item is not available, it will be returned.
If shipping fees or bank transfer fees are required for refunds, we will cover them.

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Products that have been used or worn once (excluding defective products)
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
Damage, soiling, or loss due to delivery via Nekopos
Products without accessories such as tags, labels, bags, etc.
Products that have been processed or remodeled
Fabrics, custom orders, groceries, sale items
