If you would like to exchange an item, please contact online@herni.jp within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs associated with an exchange. Shipping costs from you to us will be prepaid, and shipping costs from us to you will be charged 660 yen.
However, we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:
■ Products that have been used
■ Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
■ Products that have been modified or remodeled by the customer
■ Products with the original product label missing
■ Products that have been received more than five days ago

If the product is defective, the delivered product is different from what you ordered, or the product was damaged during shipping, we will replace it as soon as possible. Please contact online@herni.jp within five days of receiving the product and return it within ten days. If a replacement product is not available, it will be returned. We will cover any shipping and bank transfer fees required for refunds.
